"I began working for Columbia Flooring 4/13/99, which is now known as Unilin-Mohawk.

The company's benefits are very competitive with other industries in our area. The wages are good. We receive an increase each year, all major holidays paid, up to 4 weeks vacation, health and dental insurance and a 401k plan. Unilin will contribute up to 3% of your yearly earnings if you contribute into the plan.

The management is really great. Their door is always open, from the Floor Supervisors to the Plant Manager. I have never gone into the office to discuss a problem, company or personal, that he/she didn't stop to listen to what I had to say. They always try their best to work with you to solve your problem.

I have enjoyed working here for the past nine years. The employees at Columbia are not only my friends they are also my family."
