Our college recruiting efforts have grown and expanded to include several schools where we are corporate partners with them in respect to hiring their graduates and assisting in the development of some of their academic programs. Our College Recruiting Program includes attending various campus career fairs, conducting on-campus student interviews and selecting students for a two-day Unilin Flooring Headquarters site visit in Dallas, TX. We believe our college recruits of today will learn and grow with Unilin Flooring and become our leaders of tomorrow.
